A Few Odd Balls – Cee’s Odd Ball Photo Challenge

I just couldn’t resist this one because I have so many interesting photos that do not seem to fit into any category. I don’t feel like deleting them because I don’t have the heart to.

Picture #1: My Son’s Foot

The little boy took this picture of his own foot when he was really a little boy. So the photo credit goes to Niranjan.

Picture #2: Battery Robot

A battery robot or whatever the little scribble would like to call this. This is his arrangement of old batteries, something he did years back when he was smaller. Again, the photo credit goes to Niranjan.

Picture #3: Unknown Fruits

I took this picture several years ago, when we were in the habit of taking a walk up the hill. We cannot take walks up the hill anymore because someone has built a house right at the top. That someone has a big dog that is allowed to roam all over the place, and that dog believes himself to be the lord and master of the entire hill.

I tried to find the name of these fruits on Google Images, but wasn’t successful. Residents of Kudla will be familiar with them though. They grow on small plants with small leaves and tiny red flowers. We call them “potkolim” in Konkani. Perhaps there are other local names for it.

Picture #4: Balloons

The balloons I hung on the wall when the little scribble turned four. I just don’t have the heart to delete this photo.

I hope you liked my odd balls and thanks a lot, Cee, for the opportunity to bring these pictures into the light of day. 🙂
